Make your actual offer unambiguous

A visitor should know what you build, whom it is for and what happens after an enquiry. Give each distinct service a useful page. Describe deliverables, suitable use cases, dependencies and the buying process. Do not create a page for every town if the service and content are identical. Specific information gives buyers a reason to continue reading.

Separate the foundations from the outcome

SEO concerns discovery and search performance. AEO and GEO are terms used for visibility in answer engines and generative search. Google says its existing SEO principles remain relevant to its AI features; there is no required special AI file. Being crawlable is a prerequisite, not a guarantee of indexing, ranking or being cited.

Publish what your customers need to decide

Turn real sales questions into articles with a defined purpose. A comparison should explain tradeoffs. A checklist should be usable in a meeting. A case study should identify the actual scope and permission to publish. Add first-hand results only when they can be substantiated. More pages are not automatically more useful; avoid repeating the same answer across near-identical posts.

Measure visibility and business value separately

Search Console can show queries, impressions and clicks. Review which pages lead to qualified conversations using an appropriately configured measurement setup. For AI answers, record the exact question, date, cited URL and whether the company was identified correctly. A single response is a snapshot, not a stable ranking. Correct factual gaps and improve evidence before repeating the test.
